LEAP started from a core principal, professional women need a “women’s locker room” where we support each other by sharing advice, personal stories, mentoring, and referrals. Unlike most women’s groups available, LEAP focuses on supporting members across professions, offering unique opportunities for collaboration, learning, and support.
Co-founded by Laura Salerno Owens and a group of leading professionals in the Portland metro area, LEAP has grown from a small quarterly meeting to a group of 100 professionals who have 10+ years of experience in their specialty. From executives to business leaders and successful entrepreneurs, LEAP creates opportunities to learn from and with one another to accelerate personal and professional growth.
