An Evening of Flowers and Friendly Conversation

Claire Celeste and Melissa would like to invite you to an evening of floral design and conversation, with a focus on fresh, locally grown dahlias.

Claire Celeste was awarded ‘Best in Show’ in the design category at the 2026 Portland Dahlia Society show. She will provide the flowers, filler, and vases. We will do some basic instruction and tips, then we’ll all create a beautiful bouquet to take home.

We hope that the hands-on creativity will generate conversation and connection.

We will have this event at Melissa’s condo at The Henry.

What to bring: your garden snips or shears and an appetizer or beverage to share.
