A LEAP Member Panel on the Decisions That Tested Everything
Every leader hits a moment with no obvious right answer. A decision that required courage, a choice that tested deeply held values, or a moment that changed the course of a career, a business, or an entire life.
This quarter, rather than hearing polished leadership success stories, we will explore the difficult decisions that have shaped LEAP members and what went into making those tough calls.
Then, we will work together to uncover the insight within those experiences and create collective wisdom that is larger than the sum of its parts.
Part I: A LEAP Member Panel, Moderated by Melissa Angeli
Four members, corporate and entrepreneurial, each share one audacious decision: what was at stake, what values were in conflict, how they chose, what they’d tell you now. The point isn’t the outcome. It’s how leaders move when there’s no obvious right answer.
Part II: Leadership Lab
The conversation then shifts from listening to participating.
Members will break into facilitated Leadership Labs to explore the panelists’ stories, discuss the questions they raise, and uncover the leadership principles that emerge from each decision.
Together, we’ll learn not only from the panelists but also from one another.
Collective Takeaway
Rather than leaving with only the panelists’ insights, we’ll create something together. A collection of leadership principles born from the experiences, perspectives, and wisdom of the LEAP community.
Because one of the greatest resources within LEAP is the collective experience of its members.
Want to be on the panel?
We’re looking for four LEAP members to participate in the Daring Decisions panel.
We’re especially hoping to feature members who have not previously spoken from the LEAP stage as a keynote speaker, panelist, or pop-up presenter.
We’re not looking for your entire leadership story. We’re looking for a quick highlight of one audacious decision. Turning down a promotion. Closing a business. Leaving a partnership. Walking from revenue. Changing careers. Saying no when everyone expected yes.
The story doesn’t need to have a perfect ending. It simply needs to be authentic and offer others the opportunity to learn from your experience.
Email Melissa Angeli at melissa@undauntedfuture.com with a quick description of the decision you’d like to share.
