LEAP Code of Conduct
Members are expected to align with LEAP’s mission:
LEAP connects driven women leaders and executives across professions to thrive in life and lead with purpose through shared wisdom and collaboration. We exist to elevate and expand the influence and impact of women in leadership.
LEAP is a peer powered network for women leaders who carry real responsibility and are committed to showing up with integrity, maturity, and generosity.
Members commit to the following shared values:
- Empower one another through encouragement, mentorship, and advocacy
- Elevate one another by building strong, supportive networks across industries and disciplines
- Include by fostering a diverse and welcoming environment that respects and values every voice
- Uphold integrity by striving for professional and personal excellence with honesty and purpose

Member Commitments
- Respect One Another
Members treat all individuals with courtesy, fairness, and professionalism. Different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds are honored. Discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior is not acceptable. - Maintain Strict Confidentiality
All conversations within LEAP remain within LEAP unless explicit permission is given. Members respect the privacy of personal and professional information shared in the group and protect the trust of the community. - Participate Actively
Members commit to attending at least seventy percent of meetings and events to support meaningful engagement. Members contribute ideas, energy, and support to advance LEAP’s mission and intentionally welcome and encourage new members. - Promote Collaboration Over Solicitation
LEAP is a collaborative space. Members share knowledge, connections, and opportunities in the spirit of mutual growth. Unsolicited sales pitches or self promotion that detracts from the group’s purpose are not appropriate. Act With Integrity
Members uphold high ethical standards in professional and personal conduct and represent LEAP in a manner that reflects positively on the organization and its members.
Member Logistics and Administrative Expectations
To support clear communication and smooth participation, members are expected to use shared LEAP systems and tools.
Members agree to use the LEAP Member Portal to:
- Keep personal and professional profiles current
- Register for quarterly member events
- Register for member led pop ups
- Access the member directory
These shared systems support coordination, planning, and a positive experience for all members.
Accountability & Community Care
Membership in LEAP is a privilege and requires ongoing commitment to these shared standards. When concerns arise, they are addressed with care, proportionality, and respect for all involved.
If a member does not uphold LEAP’s values or commitments, the Executive Committee may take action to protect the integrity and trust of the community. This may include facilitated conversation, clarification of expectations, or in rare cases suspension or removal from membership.
Our commitment is always to transparency, dignity, and the long term health of the LEAP community.
