- Executive leadership within LEAP is defined by scope of responsibility, level of accountability, and demonstrated judgment across one’s professional life. It is not limited to a CEO title or C-suite role and may be evidenced through leadership in organizations, ventures, institutions, or complex initiatives.

You’ll need three things: the nomination form (for you and a fellow member to complete together), the interest form (for your nominee to fill out), and the criteria rubric to guide your nomination.
Nominations take two members, so grab a co-nominator and make the case. Once your nomination form is signed and your nominee’s interest form is complete, email both to hello@womenleap.org. Our New Membership Committee leaders will review them and contact you directly regarding the nomination.
