We’re switching venues for this meeting to the Windermere Realty Trust MLK office! This quarter’s topic is a Dare to Care Workshop. Elevate Your Self, Elevate Each Other: Igniting the Four Tendencies with Ivana Polonijo PhD AIF.
Join us for a self-mastery workshop where we dive into Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies framework with a twist. Led by Courageous Being, this isn’t your typical leadership seminar – it’s a collaborative adventure filled with laughter, insights and numerous a-ha moments. Discover your inner tendency – whter you’re un Obliger, Questioner, Upholder, or Rebel – and learn how to embody it to its fullest potential in both your career and personal life.
Through playful exercises and to-the-point, deep discussions, you will be able to:
- uncover hidden strengths
- learn how to overcome challenges when your tendency goes “wounded”
- being to recognize other people’s tendencies so you can communicate more effectively.
Get ready to unlock your tendency, unleash your inner leader, and get emboldened to embody your magnificence – because when we elevate ourselves to new heights of success, we elevate each other as well!
